The gym was fantastic, it had every piece of equipment i could possibly need. the front desk service stood out. the staff were very polite and helpful. the location was also very good. It was close to the night market and shopping areas.
the shower temperature was not consistent, it fluctuated a lot. many tv channels did not work on the room tv, it was frustrating. the breakfast options were repetitive. all the food was beige and yellow!

I found the location convenient. the free bus service to town ran every 15 minutes. It was very useful. the staff was always cute and friendly! the room had great mountain views. We loved it!
the check-in process was slow. the reception seemed a little understaffed. i had to wait longer than expected.

I found the pool area could get a bit crowded during peak hours. Securing a lounger required some planning.
